We collect account details (name, Gmail, phone, company), API usage (recipients, channels, delivery status), wallet transactions, and support chat messages needed to operate the OTP platform.

OTP codes are stored hashed. Delivery metadata may include provider message IDs from WhatsApp/email. We do not sell personal data.

Data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing disputes and abuse prevention. Contact support to request account deletion.

By using OTPsignal you agree that OTP traffic may be processed through WhatsApp Cloud / connected sessions and email providers you configure or that we operate on your behalf.
