Terms of Service

OTPsignal provides OTP delivery APIs over WhatsApp, email, and related channels billed in IQD prepaid credit. You must keep API keys secret and revoke them if leaked.

You may not use the service for spam, fraud, phishing, unsolicited marketing, or illegal activity under Iraqi or applicable law. Abusive accounts may be banned and devices blocked.

Prepaid credit is non-transferable. Failed sends are not charged when the platform detects failure before billing; provider-side failures after accept may still appear in logs.

SIM OTP channels (Asiacell, Korek, Zain) are delivered through our Android SIM gateway using the matching carrier SIM. Clients always call the same public OTP API; the gateway is internal only. Sandbox keys (`otp_test_`) are for testing and are not billed.

We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. For support use in-dashboard chat or the published WhatsApp number.
